WARM THAI STYLE BROCCOLI WITH CHILLI GARLIC CRISP
Serves 4
Ingredients
700g broccoli florets
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbs toasted sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Marinade
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp KA Gourmet chilli garlic crisp
Method
Break the broccoli into small florets, blanch in boiling water for 2 mins, remove
and dip into cold water to cool. Heat sesame and vegetable oils in a wok or
frying pan until almost smoking. Throw in the garlic and fry till golden, then stir
fry broccoli for 1 minute. Drizzle on the chilli garlic crisp, lemon juice and
sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately while the broccoli
is still warm.
