We aim to provide a smooth ordering experience and hassle-free returns. Please review our policies before making a purchase.

Placing an Order

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • Ensure your shipping and billing details are accurate to avoid delays.
  • Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery if the product is spoilt, or if the product or packaging is damaged
  • Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with supporting evidence (photos/videos).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
