What is the fruit content of your Conserves and Jams?

We have a 45% fruit content minimum in all our Conserves and Jams

Do you have Sugar- Free options?

We have 'No Added Sugar' options, which means there is natural sugar from the fruits, however there is No Added Sugar. For diabetics, please consult with your physician. 

Are your products Gluten-Free?

Yes, all our products are GlutenFree

Are your Mayonnaise options vegan?

Yes, all our Mayonnaise based products are Vegan.

Do you use any artificial flavours or colours?

No, we stay away from using any form of Artificial Colours or Flavours, and let the ingredients speak for themselves.

Do you offer bulk buy options for businesses?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do, however not through the website, please contact us on info@kagourmet.com and we will promptly give you all the shipping options.

How long does it take to ship a product?

We process and pack the shipment within 1-2 days, after that it should take between 3-7 days, depending on your location.

 Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns, however if the product's glass or squeeze spout is broken or if the product is spoiled, we will offer a replacement FOC.
