Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to provide quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a cancellation or refund under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations: Accepted within 30 minutes of order placement. Once the order is processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Refunds: Available for defective or damaged packaging or if the product is spoilt  upon providing proof (photos or videos) within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Digital products, gift cards, and personalized items are non-refundable.
  • Return Process: Contact our support team at Info@kagourmet.com to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective or spoilt.
